Welcome to Summit Health Center, we look forward to seeing you. Getting to our office can sometimes be hard to find, especially if it’s your first time. And sometimes the navigation will bring you to the right place, but finding our specific office may be tricky in this medical plaza. So we have created a guide just for you to make it easier locating our office. We will see you soon!

Getting to Concourse Medical building, 18575 E Gale Ave

Coming from Fullerton Rd

After you pass Jellick Ave make a left into the first driveway. There is a large sign saying “The Concourse”. Then make the first right and our office building is the second one on the right with large windows on both floors. Find parking where you can.

Coming from Nogales St

After you pass Coiner Ct at the signal, make a right into the first driveway. Make the first or second left and pass the first two-story building. We are the other two-story building. Find parking where you can.

From Fullerton Road

From Nogales Street

Getting to our office suite #265

Main Entrance (facing to Gale Ave)

If you are entering from the middle in the parking lot closest to Gale Ave, go straight in and make a left to take the elevator or stairs. Go up to the second floor, then make a right and our office is a few feet down the hall on the right. Suite 265.

Back Entrance (large parking lot)

Entering from the middle of the building, take the elevator or stairs on your right to the second floor. Then make a right and our office is a few feet down the hall on the right, Suite 265.

From the East Entrance (next to the big red sculpture)

Entering from the side with the large red sculpture, go up the stairs or elevator to the second floor and then down the hall to Suite 265 on your right just after middle opening.
